Faith! Have Some?
Faith like a drink of water when you are thirsty.
Of course it is the substance of things hope for and the evidence not seen.
How much water do you drink when you are thirsty. Enough to satisfy your thirst until you are thirsty again, right?
Faith without works is dead and so is a body dehydrated without the word of God.
Faith
It is so much easier to drink from a fountain than to dip your lip in a river.
Better to hear from God than to reason among ourselves of a distant mirage.
The Word of God is a lamp unto our feet.
Because the brightness of God is a blinding to the eyes.
The just shall live by faith.
The delights of your house will be showered on them;
you will give them drink from the river of your pleasures.
But no one can see God and live
He is a consuming fire.
I hear you now, that’s a word for me.
We are more than men or a women,
We are the faithful flowing like a stream.
Can’t stop this flow
As the saying goes.
Living the dream
By the sweat of our brow.
Our life is like majestic river,
Working it’s way around corners
to the vast ocean beyond the sea shore.
It’s turbulent where the river meets the sea,
So get busy and work while it’s day
For the night is coming when no man can work.
Keep faith alive by the sweat of your brow and the word we know.
There are more water in a river than anyone man can drink.
There is much to know that our eyes cannot see.
When faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.
