When I was a boy not so long ago,
I toyed with the question, How big is God?
God is so big that He is much bigger than whatever I could imagine.
How can such a big God find His way into our little minds? That’s big.
And God said, sometimes I wonder about you myself……
God is bigger than the universe entirely.
The universes so big I can’t imagine
by the measurement of a man.
But if I could measure my own faith in Christ,
I would know the size of my God.
Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards;
I believe I believe I believe, dear God help my unbelief.
I knew you before the scars
As I followed you in ignorance of the wise.
You called me by my name and I heard the voice of my God.
Now dear Lord I come walking in your Spirit.
As one who walked upon the face of the deep.
And God said,
It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus,who has become for us wisdom from God—that is, our righteousness,holiness and redemption.
So when you brag, boast in the Lord.
