I Am

‘That I Am?’

To every thing there is a season
22 Wherefore I perceive that there is nothing better,
than that a man should rejoice in his own works;
for that is his portion:
for who shall bring him to see what shall be after him?

What I perceive is this:
What I am can be explained in the lineage of my ancestors. Who I am transcends my forefathers because they are gone and I am their living point of reference. Like water pouring from Mt. Zion creating tributaries that flows to the valley below. I am is a sinner saved by grace. A living reference forward in the Son of the living God. I am His inheritance and He is mine.

…,,having the eyes of your hearts enlightened….. and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe,

It was God who reference Himself to Moses as I Am who I Am. A credit not as a descendant of slaves but of who he was in the linage of God going forward. The linage of a promise made to faithful Abraham.
I am righteous in my time because of who God is. Not to think of myself anymore than I should. But I know that this little i am is a child of the Great I Am. Flowing from Zion my spirit will forward to heaven where Jesus is. Forever God and for ever man.
‘Be Righteous In Your Time’
Men of the Bible dubbed as righteous in their time never intended to prove themselves righteous. Men like Noah, Abram, Moses, David and Jesus Son of Mary Son of God. So many then and now. Hidden from the eyes of the world. Known only to God. They were true in the integrity of their own works, accounted for in the righteousness of God in their time. Some say that the time is good. Some say the time is evil. There is a time for everything under the Sun. Delight in the Lord and He will give the desire of our heart by blessing the work of your hands.

I am not educated in the knowledge of any particular subject. Which is to say, I don’t know everything about anything. But I can perceive the difference between what I am and who I am. I am more than a jack of all trade and master of none. With prayer and supplication I’ve made my request known unto to God.
Unlearned men according to the scribes and Sadducees attributing our confidence to being with Jesus. Trendy in our time with the gospel of Jesus. Surpassing the righteousness of the Scribes and Pharisees. Though they were all descendants of Abraham they were not all children of Abraham.

It is what it is and I am who I am.

Ask me how I am and I’ll say, I’m good. Knowing fully well that only God is good.
The Word identifies that what I am is not who I am. My temptations are identified with the tempter because of what I am. Who I am is a born again believer in Jesus Christ. There was never a time in my adult life when I didn’t believed in God. Even when my soul was lost to who i am and wanted to be. Being far from God in my heart.

….For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

I’m not upset cause I am not as you are or whatever. I am righteous in my time because of who I am not what i am. I’m standing right with God by the righteousness of Jesus. Who can say that Jesus Lord except by the Spirit of God. Him who came down from God and has ascended back again. We can’t go to Him but He will come to us in the fullness of time.
Don’t fake it, you can make it
It is pretentious being who you are not and God despises a hypocrite. Slandering His name in false pretenses. Ashamed of God and God being ashamed of us. As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. Self identified by what we think. Cross reference the Word and fill in the blank. Try the integrity of the Word to see if it is of God. There are many false pretenders who are not born again with the renewing of their minds. The mind is enmity against God irregardless of what they say or profess.
“Let the one who does wrong, still do wrong; and let the one who is filthy, still be filthy; and let the one who is righteous, still practice righteousness; and let the one who is holy, still keep himself holy.”
I am good with that because I know who I am.

No Pain No Gain
If you could do it all over again?
What or who would you change?
What difference would that make?
Pain is pain no matter what or who or it hurts.
Anyone hypocritical about that is lying to themselves and is without empathy.
Nighter hot or cold in the mouth of God.
Spewed to the ground like milk in your orange juice.
Like the unborn aborted by its parents.
The born again is who we are.
Bob Marley said in his time,
you running and you running away ,
but you can’t run away from yourself.
The scriptures say,
“People are like grass;
their beauty is like a flower in the field.
The grass withers and the flower fades.

Wasup Dog?
Whenever we cross or interbreed a dog, that pet has all the characteristics and personality of a wolf. The voracious bark of a K-9 or the monotonous yapping of a Maltese. In the heart that dog thinks it is a wolf. We are all children of God with or without obedience. Like an untrained dog that weary it’s master and is rejected for a house trained puppy.

All flesh is like grass
whose life is in the blood.

I have given this blood to you to make peace with me on the altar.
Blood is needed to make peace with me. Jesus said,
“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets;
I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.
For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear,
not the smallest letter,
not the least stroke of a pen,
will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished”

The integrity of a man is how much we believes what the Word says. That God came to earth by Jesus whose shed blood is our ultimate sacrifice to God.
That we are born and shaped in iniquity.
That same iniquity that was found in the heart of Satan.
Changing the integrity of a mighty angel to that of a demon.

If I make my bed in Hell the integrity of the Word will find me.
So don’t be offended when we say that the integrity of the Word is Jesus, who is I Am.
